Refunds
If a customer you referred receives a refund, the commission earned from that sale will also be refunded.
This applies whether the company issues a full refund or a partial refund.
When this happens, the commission status will be updated to Refunded in your Partner Dashboard.
Growfer currently treats all refunds as full commission reversals and does not support partial commission refunds.
For example:
If a customer subscribes to a $30/mo plan using your link under a 35% commission structure, you earn $10.50/month for as long as they stay subscribed.
If they remain active for 4 months and cancel in the 5th month, you keep the full commission earned for those 4 months ($42.00 total). The 5th-month payout will simply be marked as Refunded/Canceled.
